• Please make sure you have proper address in web browser: https://api.circlekeurope.com/prod-kubernetes/int-circlespace/
• Are you using proper shortname and password? Your web brwoser can remember previous password if you changed recently.
• Give a try of same credentials in SSO https://sso.statoilfuelretail.com
• Your can't login to SSO? Your password probably expired, please follow password reset process here.

The process of resetting the password

How to change the user password in Windows 10:

1. When working from home, connect to VPN Pulse Secure first.
2. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del keys together on your keyboard to get security screen.
3. Click "Change a password ".
4. Type old password and then specify twice a new password.
5. It can take up to 40 minutes before all domain controllers will synchronize your new password.

How to change the user password outside domain:

1. Go to Office365 https://outlook.com/circlekeurope.com and login as usual.
2. Go to My Account settings from avatar icon in right top corner.
3. Select Security in privacy from left pane then click on change password.
4. Type old password and then sepcify twice a new password
5. Connect to VPN Pulse Secure with the new password and stay connected for at least 15 minutes
6. It can take up to 40 minutes before all domain controllers will synchronize your new password.
